Our vision is for young people, students and families with additional needs, fulfilling their potential in life with improved mental well-being.
Our core values include respect for all clients and professionals, compassion and a commitment to non-judgemental, self-reflective anti-discriminatory practice. We care, we listen, we support, we empower lives; one voice at a time!
Our mission is providing high quality, therapeutic informed talk services; comprising of youth counselling, systemic family programmes, specialist mentoring and key note speakers to improve potential and well-being.

One in eight 5 – 19 year olds experience mental health disorders in the UK. Additionally, statistics reveal waiting times to access mental health services as being extortionate.
Reclaiming social work found that statutory work with children, young people and families in the past has been disjointed. Recommendations for an evidence based therapeutic systemic approach is an effective way forward.
